The challenge
Modular home builder was scaling from 600 to 1,500 homes per year. Framing crews were the bottleneck and field-stick framing crews were unwilling to relocate to the new plant town.
What we built
Two-station framing line: jig fixtures the plates and studs, an overhead gantry drives a Senco PalletPro auto-nailer through the schedule, and a second gantry applies OSB sheathing with screw insertion. A vision check verifies stud spacing before sheathing.

Results
Output averages 1 panel every 9 minutes. The builder reduced framing manpower per house from 3 crews to 1, and the new plant ramped to 1,500 home/year without recruiting field framers.
